Our group walks...
Wonder through woods, splash through streams and feel free running through fields, your pawfect pups next adeventure awaits...
Our group walks are a brilliant way for your dog to socialise with others, we prioritise grouping dogs with similar size, energy levels and personality.
Each walk is 1 hour long filled with fun activities including sniffing games, exploring our surroundings and plenty of playtime. We charge £15 for this walk and although the walk is an hour your dog will be out the house for longer due to pick up and drop off time included, this helps break up their day while you're at work.
So
much
fun!
Some of the ways we prioritise safety on our group walks:
- We use crash tested harnesses and seatbelts during each car journey.
- We walk around 4-5 dogs max in each group walk.
- We help re-enforce recall training using high value all natural treats.
- Each dog on our walk wears our personal dog tag with our information on.
- We walk through quieter routes to reduce the risk of meeting other dogs we don't know.
- Each dog in the group is of similar size and ability to reduce the risk of injure during play.
- We evaluate each dog joining our group walk with a paried walk with one other dog to asses which group they'd be best fitted.
Our specialised solo walks...
Feel like your dog has endless amounts of energy no matter how much exercise they have? They might need more structured walks, meeting their breeds specific requirements. Each dog was bred for purpose and living in a modern world sometimes just an average walk might not be enough, that's why our breed specific walks can help massively. Book in for a meet and greet and we can create a plan for our walks listening to yours and your dogs needs.
My dog struggles with car journeys. My dog keeps barking at everything on our walks. My dog gets so excited on their walks and pulls me all over. I want to let my dog off lead but i'm worried they will run away. My dog goes crazy with other dogs and can be aggressive. My dog gets so anxious with other dogs and new people.
Does any of these statements sound familiar? Let us help. Our 1-1 walks are perfect for nervous, excitable and reactive dogs as well as dogs with less training, we can work on confidence building and helping understand some of your dogs behaviours. We customise a personalised plan for each dog, working with owners we focus on the small wins during the walk in hopes to achieve a bigger goal. We maintain communications ensuring both owners and dogs are happy with the arrangements and give updates after each walk. You tell us what you're struggling with and we're here to help!
Let's explore together...
Having a dog that is reactive (nervous or excited) or full of energy can feel like an uphill battle and trying to juggle that with other life commitments is challenging, that's why we're here to help. With years of experience walking and working with all types of dogs including rescues, high drive breeds and all ages we offer a wealth of knowledge and are committed to help take some of the stress.
If you already have a training plan in place we will structure our walks to mirror the work you have already put in and if you are unsure we can help create a plan to really understand your dogs needs and work towards helping them navigate their struggles.
Our solo walks are usually priced at £20 for an hour walk however if you are struggling with specific issues and need more time or wish to have longer walks other arrangements can be made. These walks are really here to help both owners and dogs with what they require.
Our puppy package
And they called it puppy love...
Just got a new addition to the family? Our puppy package is perfect for your new family member!
Having a new puppy brings a new level of love, excitement and joy but they also can be a handful. This pack offers at home pop ins during the day from the moment you bring them home and helps work towards our walks, we want to be there throughout each stage.
They've had their jabs now what?
Now your dog has had all their jabs they can start their puppy walks! These are still 30 minutes long, we want to keep the routine similar while introducing new things positively. It starts the same as the pop ins, clean ups, cuddles and play then we take them for a short walk near their home letting them smell all the new things and get used to having a collar and lead on. During the walk we use their food or treats to ask for engagement inbetween adventuring this will help with training as they grow. Then once we've done some exploring we head to the car to do some desensitising. We want them to have a positive association to the car so sitting in it and having short drives really helps.
After a few visits like this we then structure the walk differently. We pick them up take them in the car somewhere close and take them on a short walk to a new enviroment. This will help them build up to longer walks and eventually group walks if thats what you wish.
Check out a group walk page to see if this is the route you wish to take...
Puppy pictures...
My dog still hasn't had all their jabs yet?
We can start the moment you bring them home! Our first few visits will be before they've had all their jabs, we come for a 30 minute pop in clean up any accidents or mess they've made, let them in the garden to toilet and stay for a cuddle and play.
Puppies are often full of energy, everything is new and exciting but sometimes scary these visits help socialise your puppy to someone new and we can also offer basic training encoraging engagement to help later on in training.
We come to keep them company, tire them out physically and mentally then leave them with some mental enrichment like a lick mat or natural chew so hopefully they have something to keep them busy. All this will help them settle until you come home.
Our Senior strolls...
Let's go for a wonder...
Is your Pawfect pal starting to slow down in their older age?
Our senior are perfect for older dogs that cant manage big walks anymore. These walks are 30 minutes long and are at a much slower pace, we spend most of the time sniffing the enviroment and take regular breaks, we let your dog tell us what they need. We charge £13 for these walks and they can be walked near your home if they are unable to get into a car or we have a ramp to help them into and out of the car.
"we still
